With a distinguished senior executive career in the real estate and financial services industry spanning almost two decades, Tony Singh founded MILTON ROSE in 2024.

His mission is simple - to add value to clients by connecting insights with actions.

Over his career, Tony has served in senior capacities as an institutional investor, funds manager and professional client advisor with leading institutions, including EY, ISPT Property, Salter Brothers and Frontier Advisors. Over this time, some of Tony’s career highlights include:

• Execution of over A$2 billion of landmark real estate capital transactions, including offices and hotels.

• Establishment of a new real estate funds management business, along with advising several funds management companies to scale and commercialise their operations.

• Authored extensive research for institutional audiences focused on the macroeconomy, real estate space markets and the global capital markets.

• Substantial business and real estate valuations for significant commercial assets across all major asset classes including office, hotel, industrial, retail, mixed-use, development sites and land-rich infrastructure.

• Advised several large institutional investors on major transaction projects and the strategic management of their unlisted and listed real assets portfolios.
